PAYMENT TERMS

Formix offers a range of recruitment, HR, and workforce solutions across Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Australia, and global markets. Payment terms vary depending on the nature of the service engaged and are agreed between Formix and the client organisation prior to the commencement of any engagement.

For certain services, full or partial payment is required upfront before work commences. For other services, payment is due upon successful delivery of the agreed outcome. In some cases, payment may be structured across multiple stages in line with service milestones. The specific payment schedule applicable to your engagement will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice issued by Formix. No work will commence without a formally agreed payment arrangement in place.

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement. Formix reserves the right to pause or discontinue services where payment obligations are not met within the agreed timeframe. Any outstanding amounts not settled by the agreed due date may be subject to additional charges as specified in the relevant service agreement.

REFUND POLICY

Formix operates a strict no-refund policy across all services. Once a payment has been made and services have commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all recruitment, executive search, HR outsourcing, payroll administration, employer of record, virtual staffing, training and development, and all other services provided by Formix.

Where Formix offers a candidate replacement guarantee as part of a specific recruitment engagement, the terms of that guarantee are governed by the relevant service agreement and do not constitute a refund of fees paid. The replacement guarantee applies only under the specific conditions outlined in your agreement and does not apply in all circumstances.

Clients are encouraged to review all service terms carefully before confirming any engagement with Formix. By proceeding with any Formix service and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy in full.
