Client Background

The client is an Australian financial services organisation where business intelligence directly supports financial reporting, performance tracking, and decision-making across the company.

The Challenge

The company needed a Business Intelligence Manager with specific technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and financial data modelling, a combination that narrowed the candidate pool considerably, since strong BI generalists don’t always have the financial data modelling depth this role required.
