On 29 June 2026, Formix successfully hosted the inaugural physical edition of the Formix C-Suite Circle and launched its flagship initiative, Future Talent for Enterprises, at Shangri-La Colombo.
The programme brought together 15 HR professionals from leading organizations and universities across Sri Lanka for an immersive learning experience focused on Artificial Intelligence, enterprise recruitment, executive search, and the future of work

The event featured sessions by Ramesh Jayanithu, Founder and CEO of Formix; Miyurangi Fernando, Head of Talent; Yureshi Pathirana, Department Head; Harsha Fonseka, Head of Marketing; and Viraj Fernando, Founder and CEO of LVRA Global. Participants explored AI-powered recruitment, executive search, employer branding, leadership, and the evolving role of HR in enterprise organizations.
